The growth of the Connect Group, supported by the trust of customers on a regional and national scale, has led to the rewriting of the Equipe project, using state-of-the-art technologies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Equipe project was significantly enhanced with the deployment of HC365, a component developed specifically to improve the management of community health and long-term care. This innovation has made it possible to respond effectively to new emerging healthcare needs, gaining international recognition through the prestigious “Seal of Excellence” conferred by the European Union, underlining the commitment and excellence of the project in addressing contemporary healthcare challenges.
